Join us every Sunday at SMITH for a slow-cooked Brisket Dinner curated by Executive Chef Quin Cook.

Served family style, with rotating seasonal sides.

 

Sundays 4pm – Late

$35 per person [two person minimum]

 

Brisket: slow-cooked peppercorn crusted braised beef brisket, caramelized onion jus

Mashed Potatoes: buttery whipped Yukon Gold potatoes

Beets: roasted beets, crispy shallots, dill

Brussels Sprouts: crispy lardon, lemon

Accompaniments: mustard, house-made marinated pickles, artisan breads
