Tuna Crudo: rice cake, pomegranate, pickled cucumber, ginger dressing

Ravioli: duck confit, fresh ricotta, orange beurre blanc, almond gremolata

Medium-Bodied: sour cherry, wild herbs, bright acidity, cherry, orange rind

Braised Veal Cheeks: pomme aligot, carrot, shaved fennel salad, black current au jus

Full-Bodied Bordeaux Blend: black fruit, violet, cedar, black licorice, stewed plum, blackberry, vanilla

Brown Butter Pound Cake: almond praline, toffee sauce, crème anglaise
